please place your orders no later Wednesday 18th December.

For guaranteed Christmas delivery on all orders outside of the UK please
place your orders by Monday 16th December.

Orders placed after these dates will be dispatched up to the 24th December.

Please note orders placed after 25th December will not be
dispatched until 7th January 2014.

Shipments to the UK

All shipments to the UK are sold inclusive of UK VAT and duties. The total cost you see at checkout includes all applicable taxes and fees, so you will not be asked to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

Shipments to the EU

For orders being shipped to the EU, local VAT will be calculated during checkout. These shipments are sent using a Duties and Taxes Paid (DDP) service, meaning no additional charges will be due upon delivery.

If you are contacted by our courier requesting payment, please disregard the message and do not make any payment. Instead, contact us directly and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

*Please note exception of Estonia and Finland which are shipped on a tax and duties unpaid service. Please see more guidance below.

Shipments Outside the UK and EU

Orders shipped to locations outside the UK and EU are dispatched on a tax and duties unpaid service. This means that any applicable taxes, duties, and fees will need to be paid directly to customs prior to delivery. These charges are not collected at checkout.

We recommend checking with your local authorities for guidance on the specific costs and requirements for your region.
