Visitor Centre Winter Opening Hours

From Wednesday 1^st November, we are open Monday to Friday from 09.45 – 17.00. The Café and Visitor Centre will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

The Café is open 10.00 – 16.30 for teas, coffees, and home-baking. Lunches are served from 12.00 to 14.30 each day, booking is advisable for lunch.

Bookings for tours can be made via our website.

Once again it has been a busy Summer here at Kilchoman, our guides have poured many whiskies, welcomed lots of lovely new and returning guests and chatted all things Kilchoman with friends from all over the world but it is now time for the team to take a break and allow them time to recharge.

We look forward to welcoming you over the Winter months to sit by our fire with a dram in hand and enjoy the slower seasonal pace of life.

Shipments to the UK

All shipments to the UK are sold inclusive of UK VAT and duties. The total cost you see at checkout includes all applicable taxes and fees, so you will not be asked to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

Shipments to the EU

For orders being shipped to the EU, local VAT will be calculated during checkout. These shipments are sent using a Duties and Taxes Paid (DDP) service, meaning no additional charges will be due upon delivery.

If you are contacted by our courier requesting payment, please disregard the message and do not make any payment. Instead, contact us directly and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

*Please note exception of Estonia and Finland which are shipped on a tax and duties unpaid service. Please see more guidance below.

Shipments Outside the UK and EU

Orders shipped to locations outside the UK and EU are dispatched on a tax and duties unpaid service. This means that any applicable taxes, duties, and fees will need to be paid directly to customs prior to delivery. These charges are not collected at checkout.
