‘Shake The Farm’ Single Cask

Selected by Fin Stewart, the winner of the 2nd edition of our Shake the Farm cocktail competition.

This single cask has been produced with 50ppm peated malt, then matured in a bourbon barrel for over five years, before being finished in a Carcavelos hogshead for 11 months. Carcavelos is a rare, historic, fortified dessert wine from a small protected region just west of Lisbon. Carcavelos is produced from white and red grape varieties and aged in cask for up to 7 years.
