This single cask has been produced with 50ppm peated malt, then matured in a fresh bourbon barrel, before being finished in a Marsala hogshead for over one year. Marsala is a fortified wine produced in Sicily, bringing notes of dried fruits, toasted caramel and vanilla to infuse with our classic Kilchoman spirit character.
