It is a pleasure to introduce the latest release from Kilchoman Distillery the "Summer Release"

This is a departure from the recent styles in that it is matured entirely in fresh and re-fill bourbon barrels , initial reaction at the distillery from the first few lucky tasters has been    -  Wow !!! 

Tasting notes as follows

Colour - Pale straw

Nose - Strong peaty aromas and a complex blend of pear drops, citrus and hints of mango.

Palate - An initial sweetnessis followed by peat smoke and the mixed fruits.

The finish is long, clean and refreshing leaving hints of peat smoke and cloves.

This is one not to be missed .
