With the ever - increasing popularity of the Kilchoman whisky we have decided that over the winter months when water is plentiful we should increase production to help meet demand.

With that in mind we have recruited a new part - time member for our production team Robin Bignall (pictured right) has joined Gavin Douglas (centre) and Tony Rozga (left)to bring the team up to full strength. 

With three young local staff members on the team we feel that Kilchoman is now ready to cope with what we hope will be a very successful future.

Our latest release (The Summer Release) is now hitting the shelves in a store near you and is attracting rave reviews from the lucky people who have already tried it .

Anthony and John took the bottling to the Whisky Fringe show in Edinburgh last week - end where it was also very well received.

Kilchoman Distillery production team member has a hidden talent !  In his spare time when not helping to make Islays fastest -rising Whisky brand he is very keen on showing his pedigree Texel sheep at agricultural shows.

Tony recently won the sheep championship and overall champion prize at the Islay , Jura and Colonsay Agricultural Show with his Texel Ram lamb "Kilchoman High Spirit "

it would seem likely that a few celebratory Kilchoman drams were enjoyed following the show.
