Malcolm has 16 years experience working in the  distilling industry and prior to joining Kilchoman he worked for 8 years at Ardbeg as a stillman.

Gavin Douglas – Stillman/Mashman

Gavin worked at Bowmore for 2 years as a Mashman prior to joining Kilchoman.
